We offer quality tenants (Detailed application forms, Details are crossed checked, Data bases accessed to verify integrity, Strict conditions apply) ensuring full bond payed prior to tenants possession of premises.

 

Detailed Entry Condition reports along with an inspection every three months with a detailed report sent to you afterward. Daily follow up for rental arrears, rent review carried out prior to the expiry of the tenancy with a lease renewal subject to your approval and rent increased to market value.

 

But best of all GL Real Estate also saves you money compared to the normal rates charged by other property managers. We charge a small management fee of 7.7% including GST and the only other charge is a letting fee (one weeks rent plus GST).
